Damn... yeah something like that happened to me last winter with that Troybuilt bullshit ticker... they did a reverse split and made the share price like $20 & I lost all my shares and have like 2 or 3 and then it tanked again
Many will end up with 1 share because the last 100 to1 RS and this new 400 to 1 RS will take most of us into a fractional share from which we will get rounded up to 1 share.
From press release: "No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the reverse stock split. Any fractional shares of common stock resulting from the reverse stock split will be rounded up to the nearest whole post-split share and no shareholders will receive cash in lieu of fractional shares."
