No, I did not ask about the dilution or the O/S. In reality, neither really matter that much. I know this is going to upset the rest of the board, but dilution really doesn't matter. As long as there is no revenue the dilution doesn't matter. Let me explain (since I have a master's degree in analytical finance I believe I am probably qualified to have an opinion): the dilution is the same for a company that has one thousand shares outstanding and has a par value common stock of $1.00 as the company that has one billion shares outstanding and also has a par value common stock price of $1.00. Both has the same dilution rate if both companies are not taking in revenue: ZERO.
