EVSA, filed form 10-SB too last month..Waiting for PR to confirm it or uplisting anytime soon..Called IR guys he said NEws should be released this week..( ya rite !) nways, CEO holds 51%, MJMM investments holds 11% of shares..Past trading history showing lil dilution ! Charts looks reeally nice too ;) let me know wat ya think..
