Yes. I looked at all of that too. Did a word search through all of it. No Dec, 18th, 2023 in any of the documents and those look like all the proxy's they sent to shareholders as well. So, it's confirmed the postings here were just simple pumping to get people to pay attention and to vote for this scam company. Well, to vote to give the criminals some guaranteed money.
Not really insidious, or even unusual, but typical for the source.
Glad that's settled and whatever defensive comments are forthcoming can be confidently ignored and we can move on to other losing operations for tmtg, d-wacked and troofsoshallow.
