I don't see anything about the scam tmtg being voted on in the d-w-a-cked announcement. I don't know why people are claiming that on the thread. Matter of fact, nothing in there is about tmtg or even dw-a-cked itself per se, just the two or three criminals trying to codify their compensatory salary notes to themselves to get paid off probably before they go BK. nunes or orlando just has to publish the boilerplate even though it just about their compensation and not the companies so SEC or nasdaq doesn't find anything else wrong with their criminal acts. What's really funny is the common shareholders have no real say at all and their vote means nothing, the announcement is just a carrot so that common shareholders think nunes/orlando /orangedonshittypants really cares.
They want some money before getting shut down. I can understand that. But falsely propagating data from a pr to chat boards, I don't get the benefit?
