I'm not a lawyer so I'll be honest I don't know if takings or overpayment is the proper term for what happened. I don't know why shareholders don't have the right to act in this situation seeing as the offending party controls both companies and would obviously refuse to sue themselves. All I know is that, free of government influence, they would obviously sue for misappropriation of funds and probably could find a whole host of things improperly done.
Which is why it is my view we get a favorable release with a written agreement that no lawsuits arise from time in conservatorship.
