Rudy may be judgement proof, at least as far as that sum goes. There's some question as to whether he's hiding assets, since he wouldn't cooperate in discovery, but his apartment in NYC is on the market for $6.1 million. The plaintiffs can hound him to the gates of hell though. Karma's a bitch.
