First $0.15 doesn't help anyone - it is just the insiders doing wash trades to create a fake run.
If you owned 10,000 shares prior to May you now own 44 Shares and they are worth about $6 or we can go to $0.15 and the value of your stock will be $6.60. Even in your fantasy world it goes to $1 - the value of your stock is $44. And the original 10,000 shares cost a great deal more than $44.
Do you understand dilution - the pre-split outstanding shares would be 92 Billion.
