First, the reverse split vote is today. Are you suggesting that Michery is going to cancel the vote?

First, the reverse split vote is today. Are you suggesting that Michery is going to cancel the vote. Because at this time there isn't anything else to count.

Then in Mid January Mullen will be delisted to the OTC.

This will be the third reverse split since May 2023.
