If these shares being sold are legit, at some point they will be gone with this buying pressure and we move up.

If they are shorted shares being sold, some hedgie probably thinks this is at it's top and they can move it down. If illegitimate and it does go lower, the more buying pressure as the price spread increases between the .06 preferred and the bargain for common shares. Also the lower the price the greater the chance of holders exchanging for preferred and the lower the legit float drops. The lower the float, the higher the EPS goes. One simple financials release and we have liftoff. We then have quite a game of bluff and it will take longer to hit higher plateaus.

I like PBLS long term as they are willing to put a value on the shares along with a dividend. They know exactly what cards they hold.

After one year of observation of PBLS I can say that this is most resisting stock to up movement. It takes always at least 10 milions buys to move it for one 0.001 up, so the whole movement from 0.02 to 0.03 will take probably some time (if there wont be some great shocking news)
On the other side, it goes down really easily, eg. this january, movement from 0.02 back to 0.01 was accomplished by low volume sells or last summer with stock buyback it went down from 0.03 to 0.02 on low volume too.
The float isnt exactly same as company tells us.
Either its bigger or there are a lot of naked shares.
I rather belive company, despite the fact I dont buy naked shares stories on almost every other pink.
