Huh? They have $30 Million in gold bullion and many tens of millions in cash....just sitting there! Half a $mil. in attorney's fees is nothing if it will root out those evil MM's, Hedgies, Bashers, and other assorted baddies.

I kid of course, there is no legal action, never was any.

They can Join Lawsuits already being Filed from the Right Firm! Citadel is in Big Trouble, Another $400,000,000.00 Loan at High Interest on Top of their Last Loans, they are Over their Heads! BOA is Backing them so if they Fail, Taxpayers will Bail out BOA! They Have been Manipulating the Markets with Naked Short Selling, that's why they are Suing the SEC, New Disclosure Rules that will Reveal the Truth! It's all Coming to a Head! I am Confident AABB will be a Success, although I do Appreciate Your Concerns about the Project Up-Dates that have been held close to the Vest, but IMHO for Good Reason! Nice to see you post rationally. I totally agree. There will never be any legal action forthcoming from this sad company. Nor is there much that they put out as news that is believable.

Do you actually believe every PR? Along with the disclaimer associated with every PR? I'm not that gullible.

So, some AABB PRs are lies and some are not? What legit company issues a mixture of lies and truths? Why should an investor have to sift through the PRs and figure out which is which? Personally, if someone provably lies to me, I would have to assume everything is a lie.
