Given the expense and timeline of an expansion, waiting for customers in hand to start is IMHO impossible. It's a chicken and egg...you need capacity to attract the customers and ideally it would be swell if you didn't build things that weren't then going to be used for a profit. I don't see anything other than expansion, bad luck with rates and the economy, and potential. Timing is AWFUL for the SP. I do agree completely that there's a club of people who know ahead of time what's up and we as retail shareholders, are not members. WRONG...but with the company owned at over 100% by 2's I can't expect it to be different. All IMHO, YMMV.
