You wrapped the whole Supreme Court case about Trump with rapists and murderers, which is a disingenuous attempt to obfuscate the issue at hand.

No President has ever been convicted of murdering or raping. Your spurious invocation of presidential criminality is a lame attempt at gaslighting.

I never mentioned Trump. I said any president, Biden, you name it. I said Criminal prosecution including serious crimes like Rape murder, you name it, to make a point it would be the worse decision ever, since it would be a blanket decision against any Criminal prosecution.
