This was going to the Supreme Court anyway. Jack by this motion, is saying let's get this done faster. Doesn't have much to lose, but has a lot to gain if they hear it and hear it fast track. Can derail Trump’s big delay strategy and have the trial start before the election. You can bet, Trump and al did not see this coming, no one did, and Trump and al are fuming, foaming. I can feel/see the steam coming out from my cell speaker lol
If they don't hear it fast track what did he lose by trying. If they rule against it, what did he lose if they were going to rule against it later on anyway.
I think they will hear it fast track, or instruct the appeals court to hear it fast track. I think they will rule in favor of Jack, but could be a slim majority. At the core is Democracy itself. To rule there is a set of laws for everyone, and a set of laws for one other, that puts that other above the law of every one else, would be just remarkable.
