I said the opposite. I said no President has ever been charged Criminally before Trump.
What I said, is if the Supreme Court said a President was immune from Criminal prosecution than it could, would include serious crime like rape, murder as it would be a blanket immunity against Federal prosecution against Criminal allegations.
