I'm actually surprised the PPS didn't move up more today after the loan announcement and the fact that stock dilution is over, IMHO.

But I agree that once the Permit is issued via the COEs, this stock should definitely trade Pennies.
There are alot of people sitting on the sidelines waiting for that event to occur.
