to not being required to share information which the PLC
Administrators are not entitled to share):
a. detailed information regarding the material direct
and indirect subsidiary estates;
b. detailed information regarding reserves
(including the substance of matters in respect of
which reserves are held);
c. prospective inflows and outflows to the estate;
d. claims against the estate; and
