Yeah, The Court found that they are under 'Safe Harbor' and rejected LBHI's argument to give back those funds held by JPMC. Subsequent to that JPMC-LBHI arrived at 'Settlement Agreement' under which JPMC returned only $700M , as ordered by the Court and held back $8B for the original purpose.
