Thats why the 912 and the 314 and 3 others will be huge as they have already passed the test at the PTAB...getting a win in Texas will be much easier.....912 April...314 probably 3-4 months after.. The 918 and 054 loss isnt a big deal in that those patents are legit...so winning again in Texas wont be an issue...the amount might suffer...but some claims will win...

Nlst has 37 patents and some are seminal like the 912...to sell the whole portfolio is the goal...and HybridDIMM is massive...85% power reduction...NLST will most certainly use that to help get a deal..IMO
