Just give us the facts , how many different versions do you have when it comes to why you can’t use the NOL and why you are at it give some explanations of why the KERP was all paid but not used . Make sure it all fits in the Bashers interpretation of liquidated . Why if there is no chance of being wrong is their so many different explanations ?
