You said you have traded for 36 years yet don’t know anything about the bankruptcy and liquidation of a PUBCO. Do you know anything about Corporate finance and investing in Q stocks? It sure doesn’t seem like it lol.
The company did not change ownership only the assets were purchased. LCYB got all of the assets and none of the debt or shares. All the assets were purchased for $4.34 mil. This is all in black and white between the court docs, sec filings and monitors reports. The final 8k if Hmmm ever read states clearly that
“The liquidation of the Company’s assets will result in little to no residual value for non-secured creditors, and no residual value for equity investors of the Company” I would say take a quick read but I suspect reading isn’t fundamental to you.
The NOLS are gone long gone lol. In order for them to use the NOLS they would have had to purchase the shares as well which did not happen. This was a firesalw CC bit g bc CC gym asset purchase. FKA BioAmber was liquidated for tiny fraction of its liabilities which left all of its creditors impaired. The shares are forever worthless and the NOLS are gone.
Delaware 4612067 - Quote: " past you comprehensive capabilites" - I think you meant "your" & "capabilities" no? - however. Maybe read up on the new rules regarding the use on NOL's before claiming something that can not happen. That nonsense is reserved for Bioweiner. Those rules have been in play for several years now, they are not new. The NOL's are long gone, unusable & worthless. That has been discussed & debunked right here on this board before. You could just read past posts? I don't know if you realize but this process has ended, December 2019 the monitor was discharged. Not that it hadn't already ended legally September 18th, 2018', the remaining was just a technicality. No management, no legal signatory left, no assets, no IP, not even the trade name "BioAmber" is left with the company. ALL of it is owned by LCY Biosciences. What they did NOT buy was "the company" - none of the 3 entities were purchased as a going concern - to bring you up to speed, 5yrs later, the SISP failed. Not BioAmber Inc, NOT the subsidiaries BioAmber Sarnia / BioAmber Canada or the equity - Equity meaning shares. I think at this point that has to be stated because I don't think you understand that, even though it's clearly stated in black ink. You have lots of "opinions" about a defunct company with a deleted ticker that has it's CUSIP indefinitely suspended with no exchange listing any where in the world, but unfortunately reading doesn't seem to be a strong point for you, cause you know_____"The shares" Maybe you should read through the 6th "unsealed" monitor's report & 10th monitor's report for the first time every??? 🤔 Maybe? Ya think? Unfortunate, sorry about your loss.
