Bidders were encouraged to bid on the assets, all or some of them, or a recapitalisation.

This doesn’t come back up in 5 years as if a deal was done in secret. What’s wrong with you? Mad you got duped?

We've been through the qualified bidder thing a number of times, and it always ends the same way. All 11 bids recorded in the 6th monitor's report, including the one that was accepted for the liquidation, were qualified bids.
