Thats not entirely true. I know thats what they say. You still have a due date and about a week after the due date they will charge your account for the full price of the game. They called my house... They called my cell and threatened do this just a couple weeks ago.
No late fees if youre a few days late, but if you plan to keep the game for a month or 2 you will have to buy the game.
Thats one of the reasons I love the Gamesnflix service. I can literally keep the game as long as I want then trade it in when I'm done with it. That really works for me.
Sure they did: Separate in-store membership required for in-store rentals. In-store movie rentals are subject to store rental terms and conditions, including due dates and charges which may apply to rentals not returned by the due date.
GG, they must have grandfathered in that older plan. New signups do not get that same offer.
The current BB deal: Sign up for the online service. Send back your movies thru the mail or bring them to the local store for FREE rental exchanges. Pretty darn good deal.
The problem is that you WILL BE CHARGED LATE FEES if those free in-store rentals are late coming back.
