Was about to say "Can't Wait" - but that's all we have been doing. Waiting, and waiting.
Shade - my biggest problem here is the time it has taken. I've worked at public companies for a long time now. Even when we purchase a fully functioning company it has moved faster than this.
I've been an investor over three years now (not nearly as long as many of you - but no "fly by night" guy either). It originally started as a land purchase to build out petroleum product storage, distribution, and mixing of the additive. A lofty goal. Since then, seems we keep shifting the goalposts and adding complexities (or adding forks in the road). We now seem to have LOI and contingent contracts based on the land, and perhaps the testing of the additives across jet fuel, marine, diesel, and gasoline. But nothing concrete until.....
Until when?
I want this to succeed - dare say NEED this to succeed. Just getting super frustrated and annoyed.
Plan to go by the site Tuesday next week, not that I expect to see many changes since ownership hasn't changed - but will still go for a look. Maybe another drive by will get my creativity and vision needs filled for a short time as we wait..... wait.... wait....
