Case Closed is a funny term to use since the case is just getting started finally. So you are categorically wrong from the jump. From day one all I have ever asserted is that this will have a binary outcome and we will just have to wait and see if the 1 or the 0 comes up and if the 1 comes up, how it gets valued.
