As you know ROBIC is handling on behalf of the new owner. It is the new owners privilege to keep continuity with the name on the patent. But naturally after being liquidated 5 years ago with no employees or bank accounts it would have to be the buyer through its agent seek and paying any patent award or renewal. Obviously.
Something has to humor you I guess. I'm well versed in the process Mr Eagle. We're going to sit on the board for several more years it seems. We can all watch items for years with that name on it. The realization will take a long, long time. You're right, it is humorous.
It's not surprising that you'd present this delay in a government division finishing an irrelevant dissolution of a very dead company, or that one division of a government is unaware of the goings on in another as some sort of evidence that the final order was fake, the liquidation was fake, the resignation of the officers was fake, etc., etc., since you have to continue the hopium charade because of participation in the fabrication and pumping of the lie told here. But there's really nothing more pathetic than an internet troll, and that's really all you're doing now.
You are aware the person attempting to match wits with you lists ‘IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals’ as a career achievement, aren’t you? Since it’s safe to assume he was aware this was granted I’d like to extend appreciation from all shareholders who weren’t aware of this. Thank you, good Sir.
That patent was assigned to LCYB long ago along with all of the other ones as well. It’s on page 12 fifth one down. 2949869 is part of the long list of patents all showing BioAmber Inc being the assignor and LCYB the assignee. It’s all right here in the legacy assignment.
Hey Iron Pigeon, March 1st, 2024. Just wondering how the granting of patents to "BioAmber" has been working out. Any new progress or ground breaking news in your crack investigation?
