You might be right. I definitely cannot say that you are wrong. It did catch me by surprise too as I was definitely not expecting such. They could have seen this as a huge opportunity to bring huge Revenues to the tune of $250 Million, give or take, into NHMD in a very quick way. Based on what I have also learned, the sugar is key for a reason and they will have crazy crazy huge Net Profit Margins for reasons that I won't post. I'm guessing if little old me can research some things to learn of this, I'm sure Nate and his team are already very much aware of this too which is probably what led them to doing things how they have done them.
As I had previously stated, what they have done was unethical, but that is still... maybe. I'm not quite sure of their true motive for moving forward like this. Technically speaking, what they are doing now is actually better than how things were going to be done initially. The PR today I think is setting the stage for a huge announcement by the end of this week or early next week based on what the 8-K had stated yesterday. I'm going to still hang around to see how things are going to play out.
