Hence, there was no Plan of Arrangement!

Good grief lol. So if the multiple things he has in red (and translated) you pick just one obvious one at the bottom and state “the thing in red” only means done on that date in Montreal. Of course that’s all it means. However at the top the squared red does translate to in the plan of arrangement , and “formulaire “ does in fact translate into form. Whether something more is coming here or not, your posts (and alleged opinions) are still absurd .
