The criteria for con man is quite clear - if there are messages in a posters history after the SISP failed but before trading ended you are a con man. If you post about posters you are a mark who got conned.
The difference is they are all lying to you. Anyone who says there is even a tiny speck of a chance that shareholders could get paid is a LIAR PERIOD. It is not possible in anyway to ever receive any form of compensation for the worthless FKA BioAmber shares.
FYI… Posting the truth that FKA BioAmber is dead and gone and shareholders lost with ZERO chance of recovery is not Bashing. It’s called the truth. That is why the story doesn’t change no matter who tells it no matter how many times it’s told.
The liars and pumpers change their story with the wind when dates come and go or SPACs close lol. I guarantee you when December 19th comes and goes someone will grab another BS take from the excuse bucket and slap it up as new.
