This business model closed the doors on two treatment centers long before we showed up. What do you think the threat of a regulation "A" offering that was posted more than a year ago has done for the prospects of this ticker. The cycle every quarter for years of a pop off the promotional press release followed immediately by the sell off when the spin was betrayed by the filings.
Ethema Health (GRST) can't even claim a majority ownership of the treatment center yet has become a support structure for the real investors of the treatment center. The treatment center has a share structure and business of its own, why don't they finance their own operations with the toxic debt or leverage their own shares for capital? Why didn't they take on the ridiculous purchase, sale, lease back deal? The deal secured their fecking lease for 20 years not Ethema Healths (GRST). SCAM, this is a SCAM in my opinion. That is why no one, no one, for the last several years has been able present a credible opposing view to support this business model. That is to say from the view of a Ethema Health (GRST) shareholder. Shareholders of American Treatment Holdings, Inc (ATHI), the holding company for the treatment center are doing just fine.
