I have no idea. Someone else may know more. The float is about 9B on it which is still a lot but I have seen stocks make some big moves even with more than that. Anyway just a lotto for me. I havent bought a stock at .0001 in several years. The only reason I bought this is because it was trading more like a low floater and the volume on Nov 9th. Was only 16M left at .0001 and it kept dropping with every buy. When it got down to only a couple million left at .0001 I figured I might as well grab them too so I put in a order for 2.2M and only got filled for the 2M. Rest of the order never filled so there may not be any left at .0001 unless someone else puts up some for sale which I doubt. At close there was about 450M on the ask at .0002..Not that much considering it traded almost that much in one day not long ago. I am not recommending buying it as I know how risky these can be. Market has been pretty hot recently and in the past we seen a time when all of these made some big moves and this one has traded pretty clean in the past. If I lose no biggie. Just never know what may be around the corner in penny stocks. Below is a tweet fro m back in April. I know its been awhile since April but these kind of things can easliy take this long.

Hey, hey, KRTL bought shares of IDGC and also receives shares for consulting fees. For a total of 299,200,000 shares. IDGC put in a new CEO 8 of 22. Since then if signed an option to produce and process gold, silver lead zinc, ore. Acquired an AI firm QHP. Which is now doing a joint venture with a company called energy pro. Over this next week. We’re just waiting on a possible purchase order for the EV nano cell batteries, which they did a world patent on. They’re in a meeting right now in Malaysia. I only put $950 in it so I got 9.5 million shares. Just some lunch money you know. The company stated they were not going to do a reverse split. If in fact any of this comes together, it could run to a half a penny. At that point, KRTL would be up over $750,000. KRTL the golden ticket.
