This was your big bugle blowing case on contract claims. Did you get par? Or a cram down? Or anything else which was asked for at the beginning of this? Ha ha ha. You fail to recognize, he who makes the rules (laws) wins, especially when said rule makers are crooked. Our best hope is that this token award and ruling can be used, but other cases keep being slammed shut, because none are going after the right things. Any case like this, where the JPS/common try to enrich themselves, we meet harsh push back outcomes in the court and from government. This one was lucky we had the second jury on our side, this is why NO ONE can predict anything, and why you better be very careful about your expectations of the JPS having money rained on them via the many proffered fantasies you guys push as fact.
