Lol of course the shameless, lying pumpers are now comfortably stating "600 mil share cancellation!" as if it's likely to happen, despite George's own words --> "it's a reach" aka it's unlikely. There's a reason he hasn't even committed to pursuing it.

You may, or may not have that in the right order.

Just because another 600 million shares might possibly be cancelled, DOES NOT mean that the acquisition cannot be announced BEFORE they are cancelled.

As Mr. Normall said in a previous post, Tessoro, TSN_P, announced its reverse merger and post announcement, they cancelled 500 million shares.

It could work out the same here.

1. FINRA action
2. Acquisition announcement
3. 600 million shares cancelled post announcement.

This order of things that will unfold here remains to be seen. Time will 🔜 tell…

It is been 3 months since Sharp stated he had filed a Corporate Action to change the name and ticker symbol - this normally takes 2 to 4 weeks - 3 months means there is a problem.

It is too funny that shareholders believe there is going to be a merger with a real company. That won't happen.
