Their AS was 5 billion and is being reduced to 3 billion, their Outstanding Share Count is staying the same that is what matters! The Authorized Shares are gonna magically disappear since they aren't being used (im using your words)!!!!!!!!!!!
Just for your info since you have only been here for a couple of hours; the last time the Outstanding Share Count was raised was in May of this year!!!!!! There hasn't been any dilution with this stock since then.
There is no need to hire anyone that "specializes" in reverse splits since its a very common thing to do... all it is is filing the necessary paperwork, sort of like filing the Quarterly Reports on time!!!!!!!
Keep trying to say things that are nowhere near true, Reducing Authorized Shares is no where near a reverse split happening!!!!!!!!!!
Take a small loss now before the PPS goes higher and you lose more (imo).
