Agree. I was just posting some data on the d-w-ack board about a recent 'filing' the spac made adding a termination clause. The end date is next week tuesday if correct. The timing of this nunes mess may be pressured by that clause?
But then again, nunes and orlando just make things up as they go along and ignore other agreements they make. I still say that nunes should never have been allowed to keep extending set merger dates. He even added language maybe 3 extensions back giving themselves extra months each time.
