AZ, do you believe that our respective brokers are filing on our behalf to reflect our holdings, or do you feel that it is necessary that this be done individually? If the trustee and/or our brokers are negligent in doing so, I would think this to be a failure of their fiduciary responsibilities and if so they could therefore be held accountable? That said, if all of the information is under seal, who would know?
