Now I agree in being strategic in disclosures but what you are describing is not okay. It is knowingly misleading shareholders and stock price manipulation through non-disclosure by not just Baudax but Humanigen and Terra-Immune. That is not okay......and is a flagrant violation of a company's obligations to disclose information to shareholders. I truly hope that is not the case because it will undue our opportunity to short squeeze the market. I also hope that Dale is not counseling Baudax to non-file and they are receiving no such counsel in the matter and simply seeing an opportunity to squeeze from Humanigens example.
