The Statement is True but Not Correct.

True;
WMI Bankruptcy (29) did not hold any certificates.

Correct;
WMIIC Bankruptcy (28) held the certificates.

The first First Filing (28) instructed the Court that only Stu, the Judge, and Rosen could view the assets of WMIIC. All others are off limits!!
29 was bared from disclosing 28’s books.

28 was joined to 29 procedurally only.


The WMI-WMIIC Certs assets are still there and performing.
