JP Energy PARTNERS is the company from which the food contracts are coming, but JP Energy PARTNERS is not part of the merger. It is silly to say that the energy plays are a part of the merger, since ALL of the merger documents talk only about food. JP Energy PARTNERS is SPINNING OFF the food business. Nates is the recipient of that business.
