Did you tell your broker all the actual facts or just some made up crap? Make sure to let them know about the super secret second transaction for the shares that took place in 2018 hidden from the shareholders and it’s all under and NDA. When they stop laughing I bet they hang up lol.
There
are no open calls and that’s a 100% fact. Anything open would have been closed out in 2019 with a simple phone call to the broker. All one would have to do is provide them with the results of the liquidation which rendered the shares worthless.
It’s When you talk to your broker did you tell them that BioAmber was liquidated for a fraction of its debts? Tell them that PWC was left to finish out the liquidation since the BOD had all resigned. Tell them that BioAmber not only has no contracts, registered agent and its corporate charter has been voided. Tell them BioAmber was shut down almost 5 years ago. Tell them it was a court ordered liquidation and it was approved by 2 federal judges and the creditors
