Opportunity to score is the way I see it. $568,000,000 of announced contracts and a very small market cap. It seems the powers that be met and an 8k is coming. How much more advanced notice do we really need. Seems that they had a meeting of the minds and if it went well this could be a blow out next week. Let's see!!
