An important word which some may not have noticed is "successful" in regards to the relaunch of production. "Successful" is a pretty bold adjective to use. It exudes total confidence by Kim and Jon in a successful relaunch of production

No, of course not. They prepare for a successful relaunch. The words chosen carry no weight. Track record, nothing is a guarantee. Still a high risk investment.
