That's bullshit and you know it.... The OS has basically tripled due to the amount of conversions that have taken place over the last 18 to 24 months.... Now you're seeing restrictions coming off the restricted stock and And entering into the market.
Boris should have instructed the T/A to report the latest share numbers to OTC today but that has not been done yet
