Thanks for the reply. I understand that’s how you see it. My reasoning ultimately does not matter but I had directly asked the specific questions prior to challenge the word salad they had given and it got flat out avoided. Then…. They drop the tweet saying the deal was done and 8k to come. Well I ate crow because I assumed my initial thoughts were over reaction. Just to have them drop a 8k stating nothing was complete.

The 8k was to be issued 4days after close which they stated. Well if nothing closed then why even issue a 8k? But to go one step farther, why take to Twitter and broadcast the date they claimed the deal was done and when the 4th day would be? So technically they had 4days to figure out nothing closed…. But don’t you think that’s why they dodged the questions to start with?
I understand that you can not publicly agree with me but you seem fair so I will rest knowing you at least fully understand my reasoning.
Last question… in your opinion since it was not strategic or planned who do you think is dumping now? Cause it looks like the Big “D” but I’m sure you will not agree with that either
