I would imagine it is a case of trying to figure out the funding and the cost (debt or equity) and remaining convertibles. That way they can figure a worst case scenario for the AS. I would imagine it will be soon and is very simple. Sometimes the ratio can be 5:1, so would expect an AS in the 200 m range.
