Raising Congressional salaries again (already done once this year by the republicans) should ONLY be done if accompanied by stricter insider trading and legalized bribe money (Citizen's United) laws. Since ethics are but a quaint memory among that group, the only ones being put in a tough spot are the honest ones. But still no hard evidence that the Speaker is one of those, yet. IMHO
