We are waiting on a Framework Private Agreement by LBHI, LBH (and their Joint Administrators), GP1 and DB:

Holdings or its affiliates may, at
any time, purchase outstanding preferred securities by tender, in the open market or by private agreement.

Any preferred securities which are repurchased or redeemed will be cancelled.
