Right you are -- by a kangaroo NY court -- how could any man defend himself on a charge of rape some 20 years ago on an unknown date in a dressing room of a major department store -- apparently each fully clothed -- obviously the jury didn't think rape possible so they convicted him of sexual assault, figuring he got a finger in somewhere -- so he called her a few names -- good for him -- no other defense possible
