No the parent company was registered 4.5 years ago ,,, keep trying .. he co-owns 6 restaurants and one in Germany .. and is also the Financing officer of Recon and had acquired the funding for multiple construction projects for multi multi million $ housing projects .. keep stretching.. we also have no finite details what that civil case was regarding.. It may go back to 2020 covid when all businesses/restaurants were shut down .. aside from that his business acumen seems on point to me
