He's basically saying if the company put out financials backing our PR's our price would skyrocket so much it would be hard to get shares under a nickle..
If we get the right PR people will be chasing the PPS and the MMs are famous for giving you a small part of an order and jumping the bid making you move your price up if you want to fill you order and the way this one sounds this could go multi penny very easily and very fast
